Licensing questions
Is this a subscription?
No. You pay once and the licence is yours for life. There is no renewal date, no recurring charge and no per-file fee. Future updates to the web tool are included.
Do I need to create an account?
No account is needed. Your purchase produces a licence key which you paste into the tool once. The key is stored in your browser, so the tool opens unlocked on that device from then on.
Does the tool still work offline?
Yes. After activation the licence stays valid locally for an offline grace period, and the merging itself never needs a server. Your documents are processed on your own machine whether you are online or not.
Can I use one licence on several devices?
A standard licence covers the devices you personally use, such as your laptop and your phone. If you need the tool for a team or to bundle it into a product, get in touch for a multi-seat licence.
What if I lose my licence key?
Your key is sent by the payment provider to the email address you used at checkout, so you can always look it up there. You can also retrieve it with your order reference. If neither works, contact us and we will resend it.
What is the refund policy?
If the tool does not do what you needed, email us within 14 days of purchase and we will refund you in full. You do not have to explain why.
